I might not draw on my journals every single day, but keeping an eye for sketching habit enhances my observational skills, gives me a place to try new ideas -wherever I am- and serves as a record to look back on. It is also the best place for me to express feelings, and share the weight of unbearable lightness of being (!) in a most comforting/harmless way!
